Class of 2024

Analyst, Pershing Ventures

‘As a 2024 graduate of the GLEF program at CUHK, I am thrilled to look back on my time in this remarkable journey. Joining the GLEF program was a dream come true, as it allowed me to dive deep into the world of finance under the guidance of experienced professors.

The diverse curriculum exposed me to a wide range of courses that equipped me with a strong foundation. Studying alongside smart and driven students, we collaborated on projects and participated in various case study competitions, further enhancing my learning experience. One of the highlights of my GLEF experience was the opportunity to complete a summer internship at CICC, a prominent investment bank in China. The internship let me see how the things I learned in my classes were applied in a professional setting.

Now, as an Analyst at a venture capital company, I am grateful for the comprehensive education and practical training I received during my time in the GLEF program. I am truly thankful to CUHK and the Global Economics and Finance Program for providing me with this educational experience and for bringing up my passion for working in the finance industry.’
