“Going on exchange will definitely be the highlight of anyone’s university life! The spring of 2015, which I spent at Cardiff University in the UK, will always be a memorable one to me.

Cardiff is a green and peaceful coastal city in Wales, which I fell in love with at first sight. Studying in the UK is quite different from Hong Kong. The lecture time there is much less, but students read a lot after class. I really enjoyed the learning atmosphere there, as it encouraged me to think more and discuss with fellows.

Besides studying, going on exchange offered me a budget way to travel. UK is an excellent base for exploring Europe. I spent my massive three weeks Easter break travelling in Europe. During my trips, I met people from all over the world. Getting to know their stories and cultures is pleasurable. I will never forget all the beautiful sceneries and delicious cuisines there!”
