‘During the summer 2020, I joined ZA Bank Limited, the first virtual bank that officially launched in Hong Kong, as a summer intern at Retail Product Department.

During my internship, I have participated in copywriting and translation of promotional materials, market research and product design to provide customer-centric services and products. From these projects, I have broadened my knowledge on banking sector and FinTech, acquired copywriting and translation skills and improved my presentation and research skills. Moreover, my communication skills improved, and I have learnt an innovative and customer-centric mindset, which are important to succeed for businesses.

The GLEF program has equipped me with relevant knowledge and skills with its well-organized curriculum. Furthermore, I have gained valuable information and got better career planning through its career resources, support, and career-related events. 

Last but not least, I would like to thank the assistance from ZA Bank, my supervisor and my colleagues that I have acquired knowledge and skills from the projects during my internship.’
