“In summer 2016, I joined the HSBC Commercial Banking Summer Internship Program. It was an eight-week internship program that showed me how it is like to be working in Commercial Banking and provided me with hands-on experience through working with experienced managers and colleagues. Working in the Relationship Management team was a valuable opportunity for me to gain practical skills in a professional cross-national banking institution. Through applying my academic knowledge into daily operations, it consolidated my knowledge and advanced my analytical skills. It enlightened my interest in the banking industry and helped me to build a clearer future career path.”
