In the final round, Lavanya masterfully distilled her exceptional final-year project, "How does Vastu Shastra affect Housing Prices in South India?", into a captivating 4-minute presentation.

BI International Case Competition (BIICC) is an annual undergraduate competition and was held for the first time in February 2016.

Lavanya Anthwal (Year 4), formed a cross-disciplinary team with other CUHK students, CuBeta, to join the APRU Global Health Virtual Case Competition 2024. They have made it to the top 10 among a record high of 108 teams from 31 universities in 14 economies.

The challenge of this year is “Improving Diabetes Care Management through Technological Innovation.” The competition teams are asked to create a technology-based solution to improve diabetes care for patients in one economy in the Asia-Pacific.

A team of four high calibre undergraduate students from CUHK Business School recently seized the 2nd runner-up at the Chicago Quantitative Alliance (CQA) 11th Investment Challenge by showcasing their exceptional investment skills in managing a fully invested and dollar-neutral diversified portfolio over five months.
