“I delightedly joined the team of Policy and Procedure in the Business Operation Management (BOM) Department in the Personal & and Business Banking Group. The term of "Policy and Procedure" is totally a new concept for me. A good policy and procedure is a compulsory cornerstone of the good quality management in a company. I learned different types of solid knowledge from my internship experience. The valuable internship experience broadens my horizon in the commercial banking industry.

Getting involved in different tasks in the Policy and Procedure team allowed me to understand the fast-paced operation of a bank in Hong Kong. In the Policy and Procedure team, I am assigned to different tasks, such as reviewing and updating the policies and procedures, user acceptance test and data consolidation. I learned different skills and knowledge which are very beneficial for my future career.”
