‘During the summer of my senior year (from June to August 2022), I spent 10 weeks with Credit Suisse Group as an investment banking summer analyst, where I kick-started my career in the investment banking field and had a tremendous time with my fellow summer analysts and seniors.
Having to participate on a live US$35m M&A deal for an Indian mechanical component manufacturer throughout the 10 weeks, I worked with my seniors with the transaction all the way from pitching the buy-side investors, to the non-binding initial offer round, and to the investor’s due diligence investigation.
Aside of the project with the M&A team, I also supported other teams such as TMT, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, and Industrial Renewables, which broaden my scope on different industries and allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge on what deals they are involved on.

I am extremely thankful and grateful for the opportunity to work at Credit Suisse, getting to know my peers and spending time together outside work on intern events such as boat party, hiking, karaoke etc.

‘I worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley (Asia) for 2022 summer covering APAC Financial Institutions transactions including pitching, M&A and take privates.
It’ a solid experience to work with smartest talents in the world to create value for clients.
Challenges come in various projects, which enable me to have a steep learning curve to get prepared for a full-time investment banking career.

‘During the summer in 2022, I joined the Goldman Sachs for their summer apprentice programme organized by the Private Wealth Management Association.
In the 9-week of internship with Goldman Sachs, I was actively involved in the products management, onboarding process and client servicing.
On top of that, the internship experience also taught me the importance of soft skills in workplace.
Lastly, I would like to extend my gratitude to my seniors and colleagues who pushed and supported me throughout the whole internship journey.

‘In the past summer, I worked as an analytics and sales summer intern for ten weeks in one of the world’s leading financial data providers, Bloomberg.
Over the 10 weeks, we were put under a rotational program between the analytics and sales department to handle ad-hoc duties and communicate with the clients.
Overall, the internship was an extremely comprehensive and well-rounded program were we had the opportunity to develop our own projects and network with the professionals.

‘I have joined Deutsche Bank as an investment banking summer analyst in 2022 summer. 

During the internship, I was allocated to Diversified Industries Group, which facilitates companies in healthcare, consumer and industrials sector to raise fundings or undergo M&A activities.
